We were so lucky to come across this momma grizzly and her two cubs just as we were wrapping up a spring visit to Yellowstone National Park

I frequently see black bears in Yellowstone, but rarely come across grizzlies except at a distance. Happening across the mother with two cubs just off the road was such a treat! She stayed in a clearing allowing several of us to watch her for quite awhile without anyone being tempted to move closer
